For SHOES & ACCESSORIES only advanced payments/pre paid orders accepted.
RETURN POLICY:
Return is available in case of damaged product received.
If you have received a damaged product or a wrong item/size. Kindly Mail us at: office@denoirclothing.in or WhatsApp at +91 85910 92432 within 2 days from the Date of Delivery with an unboxing video (showing/focusing on the defect/damage of/to the product). All charges will be covered by us for exchange/return in this condition.
Note: To avoid any fraud, unboxing video is compulsory (within the given time period) to claim any defect/damage of the product
EXCHANGE POLICY:
Exchange is available only within 2 days from the Date of Delivery.
Once order is processed and accepted for exchange the return parcel should be dispatched/sent back within 2-3 days to make sure we have our stock back within time to sell out to other customers (a delay in the return parcel will lead to direct cancellation of the exchange order).
For B2B/Reselling (or product offered at Sale Price) all exchange courier charges would be applicable on the customer (if the delivered order is correct wrt size,color, product etc.). The final credit amount for exchange order will be after deducting the courier charges from forward and return order.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY for Products on CLEARANCE SALE :
No Refund & No Return on products that are under Clearance Sale due to the products being provided at almost no profit margin (sometimes also at a loss). Exchange available on products under clearance sale until the stock lasts.
Refunds via Bank Transfers/UPI are Initiated within 2 to 3 Days from the Date of Successful Processing of your Refund.
